Se adanceste prapastia dintre angajati si angajatori?

Pentru angajatii multor companii, 2009 va fi amintit ca una dintre cele mai provocatoare perioade din cariera.

Stim deja faptul ca deciziile luate pe parcursul anului 2009, cum ar fi planurile de redimensionare organizationala implemetate de catre multe companii sau scaderile salariale aplicate unui numar mare de angajati din diverse domenii, au dus la o crestere a presiunii simtite de catre angajati, in acelasi timp ducand la o crestere a ratei somajului sau a presiunii resimtite de economie.

In acelasi timp se pare ca Razboiul pentru Talente nu s-a sfarsit, ci chiar s-a intensificat fata de 2008.

Employee Trends Survey este un studiu initiat de Pluri Consultants Romania cu scopul de a explora perceptia angajatilor romani referitoare la piata muncii si la actualii angajatori, dar si a modului in care perceptia acestora a fost afectata de schimbarile economice.

Acest studiu va oferi o perspectiva despre cum companiile pot obtine avantaje competitive prin intermediul angajatilor lor, investigand ce angajatii valoreaza si in ce fel loialitatea fata de angajatori a fost afectata de mediul economic in continua schimbare. 

Acest studiu va:

·         Determina perceptia angajatilor romani asupra pietei muncii;

·         Arata cum angajatorii gestioneaza schimbarea de paradigma in relatia angajat-angajator;

·         Identifica noi tendinte pe piata muncii.

Is the gap between employees and employers widening?

For employees 2009 will be remembered as one of the most challenging on record.

We know that over-reactive decisions including large staff-cuts over the past 18 months have put tremendous pressure on the unemployment rate, the economy and the workforce.

In effect, evidence today suggests that the war for talent may very well be more significant than it was prior to 2009.

Employee Trends Survey is a study that will explore how employees perceive their current employers and the labor market and how the current economic environment changed these perceptions.

It will provide insights into how an organization can achieve competitive advantages through their employees, investigating what an employee values today and why considers his company a good place to work.

This study will:

·         Determine employees perception regarding the labor market;

·         Assess how well organizations currently respond to the new paradigm on the labor market;

·         Identify emerging labor market trends.
