Reporting to the EEU HR Manager, and working closely with the local management team, you will play a key role in both the continued growth of the business in Romania, and also in a period of consolidation in which the formation of strong people development processes will be paramount. This will involve an emphasis on change management, organisational design, leadership development and engagement, all of which will be strong components of your skill set.
